Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004 E+W

52 (1) Section 51 (social security references and reports to Secretary of State) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) Omit subsection (2).

(3) In subsection (3), for paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a) made by him under section 22, and”.
