Section 54 (restriction on disclosure of information) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1), for “or an auditor, or by a person acting on behalf of the Auditor General for Wales or an auditor” substitute “or a person acting on behalf of the Auditor General for Wales by virtue of a delegation made under section 18 of the Public Audit (Wales) Act 2013”.

In subsection (1)—

in paragraph (a), omit “or Part 1 of the Local Government Act 1999 (c 27)”, and
b
in paragraph (b) omit “or Part 1 of the Local Government Act 1999”.
