Section 145C is amended as follows.

In subsection (2), omit “or on his behalf”.

In subsection (3) (studies relating to registered social landlords), for “make good to the Auditor General for Wales the full costs incurred by him in undertaking the programme” substitute “ pay to the Wales Audit Office a sum in respect of the costs incurred (which may not exceed the full cost incurred in undertaking the programme), in accordance with a scheme for charging fees prepared under section 24 of the Public Audit (Wales) Act 2013 ”.

After subsection (9), insert—
