Duties of local authorities in relation to looked after children

Where a local authority places a child it is looking after in a F2... home provided, equipped and maintained by the Welsh Ministers or the Secretary of State under section 82(5) of the Children Act 1989, it must do so on such terms and conditions as the Welsh Ministers or the Secretary of State (as the case may be) may from time to time determine.
