In section 306 (contributions by local authorities and statutory undertakers), after subsection (2) insert—
2A
Each of the persons specified in subsection (2B) may contribute towards any expenses incurred by a strategic planning panel for the purposes of carrying out a review under section 60H of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (duty of strategic planning panel to keep under review certain matters affecting development).
2B
The persons are—
a
a local authority in Wales;
b
a statutory undertaker authorised to carry on an undertaking in Wales.
