10In paragraph 4 of Schedule 7 to the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (protected functions of the Lord Chancellor)—
(a)omit the entry for section 333(3) of the Education Act 1996 (c. 56);
(b)insert the following entry in the appropriate place—
“Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018
Section 91(3) and (4)”.
