Where—
(a)an [F1Act of Senedd Cymru] or a Welsh subordinate instrument, or
(b)a provision in an [F1Act of Senedd Cymru] or a Welsh subordinate instrument,
comes into force on a day provided for in an enactment, the Act, instrument or provision comes into force at the beginning of that day.
