This paragraph does not include any part of an annual allowance that is payable by virtue of an election made under section 12(1) of the Teachers (Superannuation) (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 1956 [1956 c.22] [F3 or under any provision of regulations made under the said Article 11 which corresponds to the said section 12(1).]
