[F1(1)]A council may contribute to the funds of any voluntary body which provides any public service in Northern Ireland.
[F1(2)A council may contribute under subsection (1) towards the funds of a voluntary body in respect of publicity only where the publicity is incidental to the main purpose for which the contribution is given.]
