Duties imposed on certain public bodies in respect of Citizen Voice Body
I117Duty to promote awareness of activities of Citizen Voice Body

A person mentioned in subsection (2) must make arrangements to bring the activities of the Citizen Voice Body to the attention of people who are receiving, or may receive, health services or social services provided by or on behalf of the person.

The persons are—
a
a local authority;
b
an NHS body.
