4 E+W In section 106(2A) of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 (council tax etc.: restrictions on voting), after “to whom this section applies” insert “ , and no assistant to the executive (within the meaning of paragraph 3A of Schedule 1 to the Local Government Act 2000) to whom this section applies, ”.
