SCHEDULE 8 E+W Conduct of local government members: investigations by the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales

2 E+W In section 69 (investigations by the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales), after subsection (5) insert—

“(6) Sections 69A to 69E apply in relation to the exercise of the functions of the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales under this section.”
