27 E+W The Education Act 1997 is amended as follows.

28 E+W In section 56 (construction), in subsection (1), in the definition of “regulations”, at the end insert “ , except where otherwise stated or where the function of making regulations under this Act has been transferred to the Welsh Ministers in relation to Wales ”.
