The Commission may determine its own procedure (including quorum) and that of its committees and sub-committees.

The validity of proceedings of the Commission, of its committees or sub-committees, or of a joint committee, is not affected by—
a
a vacancy or suspension;
b
a defective appointment.
3
A person suspended from office under this Schedule may not take part in proceedings of the Commission, of its committees or sub-committees, or of a joint committee during the period in which the suspension has effect.
