170 In Schedule 8 to the Value Added Tax Act 1994, in Group 6, in Note (1)—

(a) in paragraph (a), after sub-paragraph (i) insert—

“(ia) the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023; or”;

(b) in paragraph (b), after sub-paragraph (i) insert—

“(ia) the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023; or”.
