in the definition of “conservation area”, after “section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990” insert “or section 158 of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023”

in the definition of “the planning Acts”, after “Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990,” insert “Parts 3 to 5 of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023 (and Part 7 of that Act as it applies for the purposes of those Parts)”
