C1C235 Bus information: supplementary
In carrying out their functions under sections 33 and 34 of this Act, local transport authorities—
a
shall act in the manner which is, in the opinion of the authority, most economic, efficient and effective; and
b
shall not act in such a way as to discriminate (whether directly or indirectly) against any operator, or class of operator, of local services.
