1SIn this schedule—
“panel” means a panel referred to in paragraph 3(1),
“regulations” means regulations made by the Scottish Ministers,
“Tribunal functions” means the functions which are conferred on a Tribunal by virtue of this Act [F1or the Equality Act 2010 ],
“Tribunal member” means a member of a panel,
“Tribunal staff” means the staff provided or appointed under paragraph 9.
