The term “admiralty action” S

5 (1) In paragraph 7 of schedule 5 to the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgements Act 1982 (c. 27), for “Admiralty cause” substitute “ admiralty action ”. S

(2) In paragraph 6 of schedule 9 to that Act, for “causes” substitute “ actions ”.
