Schedule 5 to this Act, which contains minor amendments and amendments consequential on the provisions of this Act, has effect.

The enactments mentioned in the first column of Part 1 of schedule 6 to this Act are repealed to the extent specified in the second column of that schedule.

The enactment mentioned in the first column of Part 2 of schedule 6 to this Act is revoked to the extent specified in the second column of that schedule.
