The Lord President is to chair meetings of the F1SCTS.

The Lord Justice Clerk may deputise for the Lord President in chairing meetings.

Where the Lord President and the Lord Justice Clerk are for any reason unable to attend a meeting the remaining members may elect a member to chair the meeting.
