17(1)Any function of the [F1SCTS] may be carried out on its behalf by—S
(a)a member of the [F1SCTS],
(b)a committee,
(c)a member of its staff, or
(d)any other person,
authorised (whether specifically or generally) by it for the purpose.
(2)Nothing in sub-paragraph (1) prevents the [F1SCTS] from exercising any function delegated under that sub-paragraph.
