(1)The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 is modified as follows.
(2)In section 74(1)(a) (giving of notice etc.)—
(a)after sub-paragraph (i), the word “or” is repealed,
(b)after sub-paragraph (ii) insert “, or
“(iii)transmitted by electronic means,”.
