In paragraph 5 of schedule 7 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 (the Research Trust), for “subsection (1) of section 4 of the Trusts (Scotland) Act 1921” substitute “Chapter 3 of Part 1 of the Trusts and Succession (Scotland) Act 2024”.
