15 Extradition where Schedule 1 to the Extradition Act 1989 applies. U.K.

The offences to which an Order in Council under section 2 of the M1 Extradition Act 1870 can apply shall include—

(a) offences under section 2 or 3 above;

(b) any conspiracy to commit such an offence; and

(c) any attempt to commit an offence under section 3 above.
