8 E+W+S In Schedule 3 (the Council for Licensed Conveyancers: supplementary provisions), in paragraph 2 (constitution of the Council), in sub-paragraph (1)(a)—

(a) omit the “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (i);

(b) after sub-paragraph (i) insert—

“(ia) licensed CLC practitioners; or”.
