Housing and Planning Act 2016 (c. 22) U.K.

112 (1) Section 208 of that Act (duty of public authorities to prepare report of surplus land holdings) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) For subsection (10) substitute—

“(10) Regulations may not specify a devolved Welsh authority for the purposes of subsection (1).”

(3) In subsection (12), at the end insert—

““"devolved Welsh authority”” has the same meaning as in the Government of Wales Act 2006 (see section 157A of that Act).”
