104.  In section 22 (amendment of access agreements)(1), in subsection (6A), for “the Office of Fair Trading” substitute “the CMA”.

Inserted by Schedule 10 to the Competition Act 1998 and amended by Schedule 25 to the Enterprise Act 2002 and by Schedule 2 to the Railways and Transport Safety Act 2003. There are other amendments to section 22 but none is relevant to this Order.
