Amendment of the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975

3.  In Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975(1) (bodies of which all members are disqualified)—

(a) omit “The single financial guidance body.”;

(b) at the appropriate place insert “The Money and Pensions Service.”.
