Article 60H (exempt agreements: exemptions relating to the nature of the borrower)

141.—(1) Article 60H(1) (exempt agreements: exemptions relating to the nature of the borrower) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (1)(b)(ii)(2) omit sub-paragraph (bb) and the preceding “or”.

(3) Omit paragraph (2)(3).
