184.—(1) The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Control of Business Done at Lloyd’s) Order 2001(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In article 3(a) for “114A” substitute “113”.
(3) In article 4(a) for “an EEA State” substitute “the United Kingdom”.
(4) In article 5—
(a)omit paragraph (2);
(b)in paragraph (2A) for “Paragraphs 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Part 1 of Schedule 12” substitute “Paragraph 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 12”.
