197.—(1) In this Part—
“transitional direction” means a direction under regulation 198(1);
“relevant obligation” has the meaning given by regulation 199.
(2) For the purposes of this Part, each of the following is a “regulator”—
(a)the Bank of England;
(b)the Prudential Regulation Authority;
(c)the Financial Conduct Authority.
