Section 204A (meaning of “relevant requirement” etc.)

61.  In section 204A(1) (meaning of “relevant requirement” etc.), in subsection (2)(b)(2) for “qualifying EU provision” substitute “qualifying provision”.

Section 204A was inserted by section 37(1) of, and paragraph 1 of Part 1 and paragraph 10 of Part 4 of Schedule 9 to, the Financial Services Act 2012.
