Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2015/1018 (list of classifying occurrences)

423.  Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2015/1018 of 29 June 2015 laying down a list classifying occurrences in civil aviation to be mandatorily reported according to Regulation (EU) No 376/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council is amended in accordance with regulations 424 and 425.

Further amendment of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2015/1018

424.  After Article 2, omit the sentence which begins “This Regulation shall be binding”.

Amendment of Annex II to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2015/1018

425.  In paragraph 2 (design), in the second paragraph, for “ETSO” substitute “UKTSO”.
