Amendment of Article 25 of Regulation (EU) No 2018/1139

104.—(1) Article 25 (flight simulation training devices) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 1, for “the adoption of implementing acts referred to in” substitute “regulations made under”.

(3) In paragraphs 2 to 5, in each place the words occur, for “the implementing acts referred to in” substitute “regulations made under”.
