Amendment of Article 2 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012 U.K.

183.  In Article 2 (products, parts and appliances certification), in paragraph 2—

(a) in the first place the words occur, for “a Member State” substitute “the United Kingdom”;

(b) in the second place the words occur, for “a Member State” substitute “the Secretary of State”.
