Amendment of Article 3 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012

184.—(1) Article 3 (continued validity of type-certificates and related certificates of airworthiness) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 1—

(a) in the first place the words occur, after “Member State” insert “or the United Kingdom”;

(b) in point (a)(i)—

(i) in the third and fourth indents, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”;

(ii) omit the last paragraph.
