188.—(1) Article 7a (operational suitability data) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1, in both places the words occur, after “an EU operator” insert “or a UK operator”.
(3) In paragraph 2—
(a)after “an EU operator” insert “or a UK operator”;
(b)in the second place it occurs, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.
