CHAPTER 1 Amendment of Commission Regulation on initial airworthiness

Amendment of Article 9 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012

190.—(1) Article 9 (production organisations) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 2—

(a) for “non-Member State” substitute “foreign state”;

(b) in point (b) for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.

(3) In paragraph 3, after “Member State” insert “or the United Kingdom”.
