Amendment of Subpart H of Section A of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012
201.—(1) Section A, Subpart H (certificates of airworthiness and restricted certificates of airworthiness) is amended as follows.
(2) In point 21.A.172, for “a Member State (‘Member State of registry’)” substitute “the United Kingdom”.
(3) In point 21.A.173, in point (b)(2) for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.
(4) In point 21.A.174—
(a)in point (a) for “competent authority of the Member State of registry” substitute “CAA”;
