217.—(1) Section B, Subpart I (noise certificates) is amended as follows.
(2) In point 21.B.420, in both places the words occur, for “competent authority of the Member State of registry” substitute “CAA”.
(3) In point 21.B.425—
(a)for “competent authority of the Member State of registry” substitute “CAA”;
(b)for “EASA” substitute “CAA”.
(4) In points 21.B.430 and 21.B.445, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority of the Member State of registry” substitute “CAA”.
