Amendment of Subpart B of Section A of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014

247.—(1) Section A (technical requirements), Subpart B (accountability) is amended as follows.

(2) In point M.A.201, in point (j), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(3) In point M.A.202—

(a) in point (a)—

(i) for “competent authority designated by the State of Registry” substitute “CAA and”;

(ii) omit “and, if applicable, the Member State of operator,”;

(b) in point (b), for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.
