Amendment of Subpart G of Section B of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014

260.—(1) Section B, Subpart G (continuing airworthiness management organisation) is amended as follows.

(2) In point M.B.701—

(a) in point (a), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(b) omit point (b).

(3) In point M.B.702, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(4) In point M.B.703—

(a) in point (a)—

(i) for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(ii) for “an EASA Form 14” substitute “a CAA Form 14”;

(b) in point (b)—

(i) for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(ii) for “EASA Form 14” substitute “CAA Form 14”;

(c) in point (c), for “Agency” substitute “CAA”;

(d) in point (d), for “an EASA Form 14” substitute “a CAA Form 14”.
