Amendment of the Appendices to Annex 2 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014
267.—(1) The Appendices to Annex 2 are amended as follows.
(2) In Appendix 1 for “EASA Form 1” substitute “CAA Form 1”.
(3) In Appendix 3—
(a)on the first page of the form—
(i)for “[Member State (*)] A Member of the European Union (**)” substitute “United Kingdom”;
(ii)for “[Member State Code (*)]” substitute “United Kingdom”;
(iii)for “[Competent authority of the Member State (*)]” substitute “Civil Aviation Authority”;
(iv)for “For the competent authority: [Competent authority of the Member State (*)]” substitute “For the CAA”;
(v)for “EASA Form 3-145 Issue 3” substitute “CAA Form 3-145 Issue 1”;
(vi)omit the notes at “(*)” and “(**)”;
(b)on the second page of the form—
