299.—(1) Article 10 (credit for pilot licences obtained during military service) is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading, after “obtained during” insert “United Kingdom”.
(3) In paragraph 1—
(a)after “holders of” insert “United Kingdom”;
(b)for “Member State where they served” substitute “CAA”.
(4) In paragraph 2, for “Member State in consultation with the Agency” substitute “CAA”.
