3. In regulation 6 (regulation of the conduct of the authority)—
(a)in paragraph (1), after “The functions conferred on the Authority by or under Air Navigation Orders”, insert “or other retained EU law regarding aviation safety”;
(b)in paragraph (8)(a), after “an Air Navigation Order” insert “or under other retained EU law regarding aviation safety”.
