305.—(1) Article 11b (oversight capabilities) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit paragraphs 1 to 3.
(3) In paragraph 4, for “Member States shall ensure that competent authority” substitute “The CAA must ensure that its”.
(4) In paragraph 5, for the words from the start to “and/or oversight tasks”, substitute “The CAA”.
(5) In paragraph 6, for the words from “legal provisions of” to the end, substitute “the Air Navigation Order 2016”.
