Amendment of Subpart K of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011

314.—(1) Subpart K (examiners) is amended as follows.

(2) In point FCL.1000—

(a)in point (b)(1)—

(i)for “Member States” substitute “United Kingdom”;

(ii)for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(b)in point (c)—

(i)in the introductory phrase, for “Member States” substitute “United Kingdom”;

(ii)in point (1)—

(aa)for “Member States” substitute “United Kingdom”;

(bb)for “competent authority of the Member State” substitute “CAA”;

(cc)in point (iii), for the words from “competent authority” to “European” substitute “CAA an adequate level of knowledge of United Kingdom”;

(iii)in point (2)(i), for “Member States” substitute “United Kingdom”.

(3) In point FCL.1015—
