Amendment of Subpart CC of Annex 6 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011

323.—(1) Subpart CC is amended as follows.

(2) In point ARA.CC.100—

(a) in point (a), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(b) in point (b)—

(i) for point (1) and the words to “State” immediately following it, substitute “by the CAA; and/or”;

(ii) in point (2), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(c) in point (c), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(3) In point ARA.CC.105, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(4) In point ARA.CC.200—

(a) in point (a), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(b) in point (b)—

(i) for the words from the start to “attestations, the competent authority” substitute “The CAA”;

(ii) in the second and third places the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
