331.—(1) In Appendix 3, the form is amended as follows.
(2) On the first page—
(a)for “European Union (*)” substitute “United Kingdom”;
(b)in each place the words occur, for “Competent Authority” and “[Competent Authority]” substitute “Civil Aviation Authority”;
(c)omit the note at “(*)”;
(d)for “EASA Form 143” substitute “CAA Form 143”.
(3) On the second page—
(a)for “[Competent Authority]” substitute “CAA”;
(b)omit “For the Member State / EASA”;
